She brings her track record of leading diverse organizations with operational precision and strategic foresight to see her communities flourish and come alive - mind, body and spirt.

In addition to her role with Radiant Hearts Collective, Delanie serves as Executive Director of The Admirals Club of Austin and Director of Operations for Sabrina T. Brown Consulting. She excels in fostering healthy, high-performing cultures rooted in accountability, transparency, and collaboration. Delanie loves connecting with people by serving in her church and volunteering in the community.
