What is the Support Circle Program?
The Support Circle Program (SCP) is a sustained integration program created by Radiant Hearts Collective, designed for people who are on a path of accelerated healing and growth. The program trains small groups of three to four to sustain their healing journey through structured, ongoing peer connection.

Program Focus
Our program teaches deep listening, emotional expression, and mutual accountability; helps integrate transformative experiences into daily life; and ensures ongoing support so that healing is not just a temporary "peak experience."
Program Structure
Support Circles meet at least twice per month for 75-minute sessions over a minimum of 3 months, with groups ideally being geographically close to allow for in-person meetings; follow-up activities include check-ins and guidance from the instructional team, as well as a formal assessment after 3 months to determine the group’s next steps.

Training & Curriculum
The program begins with a 3-hour initial training session where participants meet their circle and begin to practice the skills they will use throughout the program. At the end of the day, each participant receives a manual that will serve as their guide during meetings.
The core curriculum covers key components of relational practice, including expressing feelings and feeling felt; cultivating emotional validation and safety; using reflective listening to clarify thoughts, feelings, and motivations; setting goals and maintaining accountability; and fostering group coordination and cohesion.
